\nWidened access gates for people in wheelchairs, both at the entrance and at the visitation.

You will receive your locker number and pin code via email (latest 4 hrs before the start of the event). If you did not receive this please go to the locker desk at the location. The locker can be opened and closed with your personal pin code. Be careful when entering your pin code, people might look over your shoulder.<\/p>\n

Going home? Close your locker and go to the exit, you don\u2019t have to pass by the Lockerbox service desk.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY LOCKER NUMBER AND PIN CODE?”][vc_column_text]You will receive your locker number and PIN code via email. If you did not receive this please go to the locker desk at the location. The locker can be opened and closed with your personal PIN code. It is forbidden to use or possess any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. It is also forbidden to trade drugs at Loveland ADE. When the delinquent is being caught he\/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drugs barrels without being charged with any consequences.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MEDICATION TO THE EVENT?”][vc_column_text]The use of medication is allowed when the medication is based on medical grounds and the package is still sealed. In any case the user needs to have a signed statement by a doctor to show the organization. In addition to the written statement, identification with an ID or a passport is also required.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Can I bring lollipops and chewing gum to the event?”][vc_column_text]Chewing gum isn\u2019t allowed at our indoor events, because it damages the venue. Please, respect the venue where the event is held! If you want to bring something that provides a fresh breath, you may bring a sealed pack of breath mints to the event. Dextro is also allowed. You are not allowed to bring food & beverages to the events. Which means lollipops are not allowed either.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”WHICH ITEMS AREN’T ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT LOCATION?”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

It is prohibited to enter the event area under the influence of alcohol and\/or drugs. When noticed you will be denied access without the right to a ticket refund.<\/p>\n

It is forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and\/or provocative texts and\/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire-or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, nasal sprays, fireworks, torches, means of transport, bags larger than A4 size (210 x 297 mm), professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function).<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”IS ANY KIND OF PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY\/SALE\/TRADE ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?”][vc_column_text]It is prohibited to distribute flyers, posters and\/or banners or other promotional activities at the event area and\/or parking areas without the consent of the organization. It is also forbidden to sell or trade any merchandise or products at the event area and parking areas without the consent of the organization.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?”][vc_column_text]It is prohibited to wear clothes which represent any kind of sports clubs or shirts with offending lyrics\/symbols\/tattoos etc. Keep your shirt on during the entire event.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE PHOTO\/VIDEO\/SOUND RECORDING DURING THE EVENT?”][vc_column_text]It is not allowed to enter the venue with professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment, or camera glasses, but of course you can make pictures\/videos with your phone or a digital compact camera. Everyone that enters the event area gives permission to be filmed, photographed and sound recorded. The organization uses the pictures and recordings for promotional purposes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE PROGRAM?”][vc_column_text]The program is subject to change. When specific acts are cancelled, there will be no refund of entrance fees or other costs. The organization will always attempt to find a replacement of the same quality level with a similar music style.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”IS SMOKING ALLOWED?”][vc_column_text]It is prohibited to smoke at indoor areas, but both venues have a designated smoking area where smoking is allowed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”CAN I PURCHASE EARPLUGS AT THE EVENT?”][vc_column_text]During Loveland ADE Alpine earplugs will be available at the Alpine earplug booth. With music above 87 dB it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. With these earplugs you can still hear the music perfectly, conversations remain intelligible and most important of all, you prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing after the event. The organization recommends using earplugs or occasionally visiting some of the quiet areas to give your ears some rest. The organization is not liable for any negative consequences that may occur.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOST\/FOUND SOMETHING?”][vc_column_text]If you lose or find something, you can go to the counter where the lockers are being sold. Everything will be collected there. After the event you can contact the organization on info@loveland.nl<\/a> to check if we found your properties.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”CAN LOVELAND ADE BE HELD LIABLE FOR INJURY AND\/OR OTHER DAMAGES?”][vc_column_text]Entering the event area is at your own risk. Loveland and its employees cannot be held liable for any injury, material damage and immaterial damage of the visitors of the location\/event.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”WHAT OTHER HOUSE RULES SHOULD I KEEP IN MIND?”][vc_column_text]Directions and instructions of the (security) staff must be followed at all times. At the suspicion of a violation of the rules, the security staff has the right to body search. Refusing this search will lead to removal from the event.<\/p>\n

It is also not allowed to enter a toilet cabin with multiple persons. Urinating outside the designated facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the event area and handed over to the police.<\/p>\n

It is forbidden to climb stages, buildings, fences or other objects.
