Upon entry, your phone is placed in a Yondr pouch that stays with you throughout the event. It can only be opened in designated Phone Zones. DOES MY PHONE STILL GO IN A POUCH?”][vc_column_text]Yes. Whether it\u2019s a smartphone or not, all phones will be placed in a Yondr pouch<\/strong> inside no-phone areas. No problem \u2014 you\u2019ll always have access to your phone in one of our clearly marked Phone Zones<\/strong>. If staying connected is important, we recommend checking in there regularly.
You can also leave your phone on vibrate<\/strong> so you\u2019ll feel it if a call comes through.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also got you covered on-site. Our awareness teams<\/strong> (wearing red vests<\/strong>) and roaming security<\/strong> are available at all times to support you. Just flag someone down if you need help \u2014 they\u2019re there for you.<\/p>\n

Yondr staff with unlock tools will be available near exits and on the dancefloor if access to phones is needed for safety.<\/p>\n

You enter the pin code of your locker at the lock to open and close it. Be careful when entering your pin code, people might look over your shoulder. Going home? It is forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, nasal spray, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and\/or provocative texts and\/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire- or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, fireworks, torches, means of transport, battery of an electric bicycle, professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function), camera glasses, smart glasses, or any other form of wearable recording devices.<\/p>\n

If acces is denied, you will directly be removed from the event area.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”What happens in situations that are not mentioned above?”][vc_column_text]In situations where the rules do not apply, the organization will decide on the measures to be taken. 2. It is not allowed to enter a toilet cabin with multiple persons. Urinating outside the designated facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the festival area and handed over to the police.<\/p>\n

3. Directions and instructions of the (security) staff must be followed at all times. At the suspicion of a violation of the rules, the security staff has the right to body search. BURST maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use or possess or trade any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. When the delinquent is being caught trading drugs he\/she will be transferred over to the police.
