HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET FOR LOVELAND 30YRS SPECIAL | T-DANSANT?
Tickets can be purchased in our ticketshop.
HOW CAN I BUY A BACKSTAGE TICKET?
Backstage tickets can be purchased in our ticketshop.
IS THE EVENT INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
The venue (het Sieraad) is indoor. The venue has a designated smoking area outdoors where smoking is allowed.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD IS USED AT THE VENUE?
Payments can be done with your debit/credit card.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE EVENT?
The event is from 13:00 – 23:00. Last entry is 1 hour before closing.
I CANNOT ATTEND ANYMORE.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
No, it is not possible to purchase a ticket at the door.
HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY TICKET?
During the ticket purchase process, the ticket owner’s full name, email address and other information needs to be filled for every individual ticket.
For ticket purchased on our website: To change this information please visit this website.
For tickets purchased via the ADE Website: To change this information please login to your account on the website.
For tickets purchased via Ticketswap: The name on the ticket cannot be changed, since it is a PDF file; but do not worry in our system is the ticket is automatically personalized to your name.
CAN I USE MY LOVELAND CARD FOR THIS EVENT?
The Loveland ADE shows have a very limited capacity, therefore it is not possible to use the Loveland Card for this event. If you have any questions regarding the Loveland Card, please send an email to [email protected].
CAN MY TICKET BE SCANNED FROM MY MOBILE PHONE?
The e-ticket can be scanned from your phone, but make sure you download it upfront, have your batteries charged and turn your screen brightness fully up at the entrance to ensure a steady flow going in. Then, it’s time to switch off your phone and start dancing.
I LOST MY TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you purchased your ticket on the Loveland website you can resend your booking confirmation email with the help of this website.
If you purchased it via Ticketswap or the ADE website please login to your account and re-download your ticket.
What is included in my backstage ticket?
A backstage ticket includes:
- Access to a backstage area
- Access to backstage bar
- Finger food
- Free locker available

Where will the event take place?
The event takes place at het Sieraad. The adress is Postjesweg 1, 1057 DT Amsterdam.
Is the venue accessible by bike or car?
Yes, the venue is easily accessible by both bike and car.
- By Car: Sieraad (Postjesweg 1) is conveniently located with easy access from the A10 ring road, making it an ideal choice for visitors traveling from outside Amsterdam.
- By Bike: The venue is also bike-friendly, situated near major cycling routes and easily reachable from various parts of the city, thanks to Amsterdam’s extensive bike lane network.
Can I reach the venue via public transport?
The venue is located at Postjesweg 1 and is easily accessible by public transport. For the most convenient route, please refer to 9292.

Is there parking available for bikes and cars?
Bike Parking:
Bike parking is available on the left side of the entrance to Het Sieraad, though availability may vary, especially during busy events or peak times.
By Car:
The area has limited on-street paid parking, so it’s recommended to use nearby parking garages or check for available spots through parking services like ParkBee. Several parking options are available nearby:
● P De Hallen: 800 meters away | Open 24/7 | 35 spaces | No reservation | €0.17 per 2 minutes, max €51 per day
● P Mercatorplein: 1 km away | Open 24/7 | 200 spaces | No reservation | €0.19 per 3 minutes, max €38 per day

What does the lunch add-on ticket include?
The lunch add-on offers an exclusive five-course meal crafted by renowned patron-cuisinier Dennis Huwaë. Check out the menu here
At what time is the lunch served?
The lunch is served at 14:00.
Where will the lunch take place?
The lunch will take place in a separate room at het Sieraad.
ENTRANCE

Is this event 18+?
Yes, visitors under the age of 18 will not be allowed entry (even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult).
Do I need to bring ID?
ID’s will be checked at the entrance without exception, so don’t forget to bring your driver’s license, ID card or passport. If you do not have a valid identity document you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee. A valid identification document is an official certificate, therefore copies will not be accepted.
IS THERE A SECURITY CHECK UPON ENTERING THE VENUE?
Every visitor who enters the event area will be checked by the security staff. It’s allowed to request the search to be executed by an employee of the same sex. This check is set to all visitors, guests, employees and artists in order to protect the general safety on the event. Refusing the check will lead to denied access to the event.
IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE WITH WHEELCHAIR OR OTHER CARE AIDS?
Yes, the venue is partially accessible for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility aids. The upper section of the club is accessible, and there is also an accessible toilet available.
AM I ALLOWED TO VISIT THE EVENT WITH A GUIDE DOG?
Due to the loud noise at the event, a guide dog may not be comfortable, so we do not recommend bringing one.
LOCKERS

ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes, there will be lockers available at the venue. Price for lockers is 5,- plus 5,- deposit.
Please note: Security Deposit is returned in cash after returning the key to the reception.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE LOCKERS?
We offer both medium and large lockers for use at the event.

If you realize you’ve left something behind in your locker, you can send a direct message to our Instagram account, @hetsieraad.bynight, to inquire about retrieving it.

During the event, you can approach the staff for any questions or assistance regarding lockers.
HOUSE RULES

DOES LOVELAND ADE HAVE A ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUGS POLICY?
Yes, Loveland ADE maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use or possess any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. It is also forbidden to trade drugs at Loveland ADE. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drugs barrels without being charged with any consequences.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MEDICATION TO THE EVENT?
The use of medication is allowed when the medication is based on medical grounds and the package is still sealed. In any case the user needs to have a signed statement by a doctor to show the organization. In addition to the written statement, identification with an ID or a passport is also required.
Can I bring lollipops and chewing gum to the event?
Chewing gum isn’t allowed at our indoor events, because it damages the venue. Please, respect the venue where the event is held! If you want to bring something that provides a fresh breath, you may bring a sealed pack of breath mints to the event. Dextro is also allowed. You are not allowed to bring food & beverages to the events. Which means lollipops are not allowed either.
WHICH ITEMS AREN'T ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT LOCATION?
It is prohibited to enter the event area under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. When noticed you will be denied access without the right to a ticket refund.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire-or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, fireworks, torches, means of transport, professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function).

IS ANY KIND OF PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY/SALE/TRADE ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?
It is prohibited to distribute flyers, posters and/or banners or other promotional activities at the event area and/or parking areas without the consent of the organization. It is also forbidden to sell or trade any merchandise or products at the event area and parking areas without the consent of the organization.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
It is prohibited to wear clothes which represent any kind of sports clubs or shirts with offending lyrics/symbols/tattoos etc. Keep your shirt on during the entire event.
AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE PHOTO/VIDEO/SOUND RECORDING DURING THE EVENT?
It is not allowed to enter the venue with professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment, but of course you can make pictures/videos with your phone or a digital compact camera. Everyone that enters the event area gives permission to be filmed, photographed and sound recorded. The organization uses the pictures and recordings for promotional purposes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE PROGRAM?
The program is subject to change. When specific acts are cancelled, there will be no refund of entrance fees or other costs. The organization will always attempt to find a replacement of the same quality level with a similar music style.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
It is prohibited to smoke at indoor areas, but both venues have a designated smoking area where smoking is allowed.
CAN I PURCHASE EARPLUGS AT THE EVENT?
Earplugs will be available for purchase at the bar.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOST/FOUND SOMETHING?
If you lose or find something, you can go to the counter where the lockers are being sold. Everything will be collected there. After the event you can contact the organization on [email protected] to check if we found your properties.
CAN LOVELAND ADE BE HELD LIABLE FOR INJURY AND/OR OTHER DAMAGES?
Entering the event area is at your own risk. Loveland and its employees cannot be held liable for any injury, material damage and immaterial damage of the visitors of the location/event.
WHAT OTHER HOUSE RULES SHOULD I KEEP IN MIND?
Directions and instructions of the (security) staff must be followed at all times. At the suspicion of a violation of the rules, the security staff has the right to body search. Refusing this search will lead to removal from the event.
It is also not allowed to enter a toilet cabin with multiple persons. Urinating outside the designated facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the event area and handed over to the police.
It is forbidden to climb stages, buildings, fences or other objects. It is also not allowed to take any objects/structures from the event area.
WHAT HAPPENS IN SITUATIONS THAT ARE NOT MENTIONED ABOVE?
In situations where the rules do not apply, the organization will decide on the measures to be taken. The decision of the organization in this respect is binding.
