How can I buy a ticket for the festival?

The regular ticket sale starts on Thursday, April 15, 12:00 CEST (noon). All tickets are sold with the deposit system, more information about the deposit system can be found below.

We also have a special deal for all our visitors who decided to keep their Music On Festival ticket for 2022 and supported us! These tickets are available from Wednesday, April 14, 12:00 CEST (noon). For more information, please check your email inbox or the FAQ’s below. If you have a Music On Festival 2021 ticket but didn’t receive an email about the discounted tickets please contact [email protected]

How does the deposit system work?

We are confident we will party together with you in September. However, since these are uncertain times, we only ask for a 50% deposit. After your deposit is done, there are two possible scenarios:

1) When we get the final go for the Marco Carola & Guests event, you pay the other half and receive your ticket by mail.*

2) At the moment the Marco Carola & Guests event will go ahead as planned. If somehow, government regulations force us otherwise, you will receive your deposit (ex. fee) back within 2 weeks.

*Deposit will not be refunded if the event does take place, for details check our terms and conditions

How does the ticket peronalization work?

During the ticket purchase process, the ticket owner’s full name and email address needs to filled in for every individual ticket. Later on, it is possible to can change this data with the help of this website.

Can I enter with a deposit receipt?

To be able to have a valid entrance ticket, first you have to complete the payment for the other 50% of your ticket. As soon as we are certain that the event can take place this year, you will receive a email/message from us about this.

Can I convert my Music On Festival ticket for this event?

Is the event certain to take place this year?

Although we are optimistic about the future, there is still a chance that the event can’t take place. In that case all ticket holders will get the opportunity to apply for a refund for their entrance and locker tickets bought via the Marco Carola & Guests Website and Yourticketprovider.

What happens to my ticket if the event can’t take place as a result of the pandemic?

If the event cannot take place due to the pandemic you will get the opportunity to apply for a refund for all tickets (including shuttle bus, locker and parking tickets) bought via the Marco Carola & Guests Website and Yourticketprovider. In this case you will receive your deposit (ex. fee) back within 2 weeks.

I lost my deposit confirmation email.

You can resend your booking confirmation email with the help of this website or you can send an email to [email protected] and we will help you out.
