Is Marco Carola & Guests 2021 cancelled?

The new government restrictions prevent all large scale events from taking place until September 20, which forces us to cancel Marco Carola & Guests 2021.

What happens to my completed entry ticket?

On the 9th of September all ticket holders received a mail from our official ticket partners (Yourticketprovider or Ticketswap) with further information on the next steps.

Please check your email inbox or spam folder.

What happens to my deposit entry ticket?

If you did not complete your second payment, your deposit (ex. service fee) will automatically be transferred back to your bank account (which was originally used for making your purchase) until September 15.

What happens to my locker/shuttle/parking ticket?

If you did not complete your second payment, the money for your add-on products will automatically be transferred back to your bank account (which was originally used for making your purchase) until September 15.

If you completed the payment for the 2nd half of your ticket, you can choose to keep your add-on tickets or refund them via the email you received from our official ticket partners.

What if I didn't buy a ticket through the official partners mentioned above?

We can’t guarantee the validity of tickets, if they have been bought through any other third-party reseller and non-official partners. Please make sure to always buy your tickets through our official channels!

You could try to get in contact with the reseller or with the person that has sold you the ticket, if you bought it through a third-party reseller.

I didn’t receive a refund email.

The refund mail was sent on the 9th of September by our official ticket partners to the original ticket buyers. The main booker is the person who actually made the purchase in the ticket shop (could be a friend of yours).

Please check your email inbox/spam folder and search for the name of the platform (Yourticketprovider, Ticketswap) where you purchased your ticket from.

Keep in mind that the deadline for refund requests is September 23.

I applied for a refund, what is the next step?

The deadline for refund requests is September 23. Two weeks after the refund term has ended you will be informed when you will receive your refund.
