CAN I BUY THE LOVELAND CARD AT THE ENTRANCE OF LOVELAND VAN ORANJE/909 FESTIVAL/LOVELAND FESTIVALl?
There is no opportunity to buy tickets at the entrance. The only way to purchase your Loveland card is via our own ticket shop. Click here to grab your card!
CAN I RESELL MY LOVELAND CARD?
Loveland Cards are non-resealable, but your Loveland Card can be lent to a friend.
WILL THE LOVELAND CARD GRANT ME ACCESS TO ANY SPECIAL AREAS SUCH AS THE BACKSTAGE OR DJ BOOTH?
No, the Loveland card will not give you access to any special areas at the festivals, nor can it be used for lockers or the shuttle bus. However, it will be your entry ticket for Loveland van Oranje 2023, 909 Festival weekend 2023, and Loveland Festival weekend 2023.
CAN MY LOVELAND CARD BE SCANNED FROM MY MOBILE PHONE?
The Loveland card can be scanned from your phone, but make sure you download it upfront, have your batterie loaded and turn your screen brightness fully up at the entrance to ensure a steady flow going in. After that, it’s time to turn your phone off and start dancing.
IS THE LOVELAND CARD PERSONALIZED ON MY NAME?
Yes, the Loveland card is personalized on the buyer’s name, however it can be lent to a friend if the buyer does not attend themselves. In any case, the person using it at the entrance should be able to identify themselves. If you do not have a valid identity document, you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee. Valid identification means a passport, identity card, or driving license that shows that you’re above 18. Copies will not be accepted.
CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL USING MY LOVELAND CARD?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-enter the event once you have left the festival terrain. Stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previous accessed visitors.
DOES MY LOVELAND CARD SECURE A PARKING SPOT FOR ME?
No, your Loveland card does not work as a parking ticket. Once available, parking tickets can be purchased in the associated ticket shops.
CAN I CHARGE TOKENS ON MY CARD PRIOR TO THE EVENT?
No, you cannot buy tokens for food and drinks prior to the event. You purchase your tokens at the designated spots on the festival terrain using cash or card.

Already got a ticket for Loveland Festival 2023 or Loveland van Oranje 2023? All ticket holders have received a mail with which to upgrade to a Loveland Card.
